Resurrection Church

Our SCRIP program benefits both students and teachers alike. The monies generated from SCRIP sales provides curriculum for all classes and subjects. Without parent volunteers the Riviera Hall family would be incomplete. The school year 2006-2007 SCRIP proceeds (including eSCRIP and “SchoolPop”) were $30,600 a portion of which is kept to maintain the inventory. This amount was earned through the combined efforts of church members and school families. This year the proceeds from SCRIP

• Gave each classroom an additional $100.00 to buy instructional materials.
  
• Purchased health books for grades four and five
  
• Online subscriptions to InFo Trac and Brain Pop
  
• Supplement current curriculum
  
• Purchase enrichment materials for the classrooms

The total amount of SCRIP proceeds spent on curriculum and instructional materials was $13,000. Thanks to SCRIP our children have up-to-date resources.
