Step 1: May Letter
Read the May letter, this is full of information and list everything we need for the 2025-2026 school year It also lists all the deadlines.
Step 2: Gradelink
Login to Gradelink, and complete all Enroll Me forms. You must log in and complete Enroll me on Gradelink by June 30, 2025.
On Gradelink, you will find the following forms:
- Day Care Enrollment
- Enrollment Agreement
- Parent Handbook
- Parent Code of Conduct
- Parent/Student Conduct Agreement
- Technology Responsible Use Policy
- Volunteer Driver Form
Step 3: Immunizations/Dental Assessment
All immunizations are due to the office by July 30, 2025. Immunizations & birth certificates can be mailed, dropped off, or emailed (please make sure all dates are readable in emails). All Immunizations/Dental Assessment are required.
